The two PIAs on this page are the sole responsive documents to FOI requests for PIAs from between 2014-2026.
In 2024, Coast Mountain College provided the following explanation for why there were not more PIAs:
“Coast Mountain College is in the ongoing process of implementing a Privacy Management Program. The two Privacy Impact Assessments provided in the response package sent to you on June 17, 2024, are the only PIAs that have been completed by Coast Mountain College. Prior to November 2022, PIAs were not required to be completed, but we are implementing processes to ensure they are completed on a routine basis.”
In February 2026, a new request was made for PIAs since the previous request. There were no responsive records. Coast Mountain College provided the following explanation:
