VCC redacted some information, citing Section 13(1), Section 15(1)(l), and Section 21(1) of FIPPA in refusing to disclose details that consist of policy advice and recommendations, information potentially harmful to the security of a property or system, or information potentially harmful to the business interests of a third party.
