They cite Section 15(1)(l), Section 21(1), Section 17(1), and Section 8(2)(a) of FIPPA in refusing to disclose information that could be harmful to law enforcement, harm security of a system, contain information about a third party that was supplied in confidence, and contain information that could harm the financial interests of the public body. They even refuse to confirm or deny the existence of further records.
